Client-authorised Meta analytics

Facebook Page analytics for client businesses.

Site Factory provides client-authorised collection and reporting of Facebook Page organic performance data. Client businesses remain in control of their Meta assets and can disconnect access or request deletion of data held by Site Factory.

How authorised access works

1. Client authorises access

A client business authorises Site Factory to access the Facebook Page assets needed to provide the agreed analytics service.

2. Site Factory collects the required data

The current v1 service is limited to Facebook Page organic post metadata and aggregate performance insights used for analytics and reporting.

3. Client receives reporting

Site Factory processes the authorised Page data into client-specific analytics and reports. Access can be revoked and stored data can be deleted through the published process.

Data handling and control

Site Factory does not use this compliance site for advertising, tracking, social embeds, public account creation or contact-form collection. The Meta integration is separate from this public website.

The current analytics integration does not retain individual commenter or reactor identities. For the complete description of the Meta data processed, purposes, retention and privacy requests, read the Privacy Policy. To disconnect access or request deletion, read the Data Deletion Instructions.
