Website and Service Terms
Lightweight public terms for the Site Factory website and client-authorised Facebook Page organic analytics service.
These are public website/service terms, not a comprehensive professionally reviewed master service agreement. If Site Factory and a client later enter into a separate written agreement, that agreement will govern the client relationship to the extent it is inconsistent with this page.
1. Operator and scope
Site Factory is operated by Graeme Wilson, a New Zealand sole trader trading as Site Factory. These terms describe the public website and the current Site Factory service for client-authorised Facebook Page organic analytics.
2. Service
The current v1 service collects and processes authorised Facebook Page organic post and performance data to produce analytics and reporting for the relevant client business. The service does not, by these terms, promise other Meta products, permissions or capabilities.
3. Client authority
A client connecting Meta assets to Site Factory must have authority to permit access to those assets and data. The client remains responsible for deciding which authorised assets are made available and for maintaining appropriate control over its Meta business access.
4. Client assets and data
Site Factory does not claim ownership of a client's Facebook Page, underlying client content or other client-owned Meta assets. Site Factory's access is for providing the authorised service and is subject to the applicable Meta platform controls and terms.
5. Meta and other third-party services
Site Factory depends on Meta platform services for the authorised integration. Meta may change platform features, permissions, availability or review requirements. Site Factory does not control Meta's platform and does not claim that Meta endorses, certifies or partners with Site Factory merely because Site Factory uses Meta platform services.
6. Appropriate use
Clients must not use Site Factory to seek access to Meta assets they are not authorised to control or to require Site Factory to process data for an unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
7. Service changes and availability
Site Factory may need to adjust the service when Meta changes its APIs, permissions, policies or availability, or when changes are required to maintain the security, privacy or correctness of the service. Any material change to the categories or purposes of Meta data processing must be reflected in the Privacy Policy before that changed processing goes live.
8. Privacy and deletion
Site Factory's handling of personal information and Meta Platform Data is described in the Privacy Policy. Clients can disconnect Meta access and request deletion through the Data Deletion Instructions.
9. Ending the service
A client can revoke Site Factory's Meta access through the applicable Meta controls. When a client service ends, Site Factory's data-retention and deletion process applies as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.
10. Separate client agreements
Site Factory does not currently rely on this page as a substitute for a complete negotiated client agreement. Where Site Factory and a client later agree separate written service terms, those written terms take priority over this public page to the extent of any inconsistency.
11. New Zealand context
Site Factory is operated from New Zealand and these public terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable New Zealand law. This page does not add unreviewed limitation-of-liability, indemnity, jurisdiction or dispute provisions.
